Our delivery process is designed to be efficient and guarantees all our meals are fresh upon arrival. Order cut-offs are every Wednesday at 11:59 PM for delivery by the following Tuesday. When the order cut-off hits, that is when we order all of our ingredients and make sure nothing is ever frozen or artificially preserved. Chef Joe and his crew get to work on Mondays/Tuesdays taking care of all the chopping, prepping, cooking and plating. Then on Wednesdays, we ship everything out via UPS and the meals should arrive right to your door within 48 hours.

No problem! Our packages are well-insulated and filled with dry ice to keep your meals chilled for an extended amount of time.

Yes, we currently offer delivery to 16 states at a rate of $10, as well as 10 other states at a higher rate. Those 16 states include: AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, KY, LA, MD, MS, NC, NJ, PA, SC, TN, VA, WV and also Washington, D.C.

Good question, by nature some of our meals may fit certain diet recommendations such as those listed above. However, we do not currently have any menu or menu items specifically designed to fit those molds. Besides who likes a “diet”? We believe in proper nutrition and that you shouldn’t have to sacrifice your tastes for the sake of a healthy meal.

All of our meals are nutritionally balanced, and cooked with all-natural and clean ingredients. Whether you are looking to shred fat or stack on some lean muscle, our meals can help you achieve both! But just like any personal trainer or nutritionist would say to you, “diet and exercise go hand-in-hand, you can’t expect the results you’re looking for if you are doing one without the other!”
